      A two pound rack of pork ribs slow cooked until almost falling off the bone.  Finished on the grill with our house barbeque sauce. Served with steak fries and seasonal vegetables.

      A great Lakes classic! Ours is broiled with the perfect seasonings and topped with a creamy parmesan, tomato & basil sauce.  Served with rice and seasonal vegetables.

      Lobster, scallops & shrimp seared to perfection then tossed with bail pesto and linguine.  Parmesan cheese and a breadstick finish the experience.
